The seal

The seal in the picture is friendly like a dearest child, nestled in the droplet clouds, shining in the broken light. Actually, everyone should like him. And he does, except of course 'experts' for new art, to name them this time politely. To this picture something more about the technique: Because it is not quite so simple, to create a cloud of droplets, where these and their little clouds randomly differ in location, size, shape and brightness.

One cuts or tears paper, to cover specific areas, practicing 'splashing' and 'blotting' in different ways and one uses many snippets. Under these colours do dry slowly and are washed away in time, when they are still moist only there. Brushing is done only at the end and that 'minimally invasive'.
