Ghosts in masonry
"Slip forth, you ghosts without bang and shame!" That was the broker's wish for his nightly masonry,
which as for sale, could only gain by ghostly haunting in market value and in fame.

The broker is right, it's a real hit: A building is advertised as haunted. Sometimes old walls are glowing in a unique way by remnants of paint through moss and elder dirt. The fine structure on the surface, gives the painting its charm. You may buy it from the painter, but be aware, that in the painting the haunting might survive!
